The exhibition pavilion that entertains “Aquae” is situated in an unique scenery, the Lagoon of Venice . This is the basin of sweet water on which the city of Venice was born that surrounds the whole Venetian hinterland and that meets the waters of the Adriatic Sea in the Basin of St. Mark. The pavilion “Aquae” is born in a place that has been resource of the Italian industry during the Nine hundred. The theme of the international exposure is “Feeding the Planet, Energy for the life” as the water is the strength for the planet and the life of the man. Just for this motive this collateral event was born with the Expo in Milan.

By car: arriving from the city of Mestre (center, train station or motorway exit), Via Pacinotti is the first road on the right side of Via della Libertà, just after the VEGA Science and Technology Park. Arriving from Venice, San Giuliano Park or from the airport, go in the direction of Mestre and take the exit indicating VEGA.
Bus: almost all lines that connect the Mainland with the historic center of Venice (Piazzale Roma) stop just a few meters from the entrance of the pavilion. The main lines are: 2, 4, 4L, 6, 7. Bus stop: Railway Station Porto Marghera (from Venice) or Deposito Ex Agip – AQUAE (to Venice).
Train: The Pavilion is located within a 5 minutes walking distance from the train station of Venice Porto Marghera. Regional trains stop frequently in peak times. From the train station of Venice – Mestre or Venice – Saint Lucia, you can take a taxi or a bus in the direction of VEGA (10 minutes).
